Hi there! I am a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with a mission to make a positive impact on others health. Because without our health, we aren't living life to the fullest. I help people work more efficiently at work, run around with their kids, and become more confident in their skin - even without losing a single pound. All with small, manageable changes that last a lifetime.
Changes are a lot easier to make when they are fun and exciting! Along with counseling, I create mouth-watering recipes, workout challenges and informative infographics. These graphics are designed for use on a variety of social media platforms, blogs, and print. No more pages of text and dated brochures - it's about time that healthy became cool. Nutrition plays a major role in health and well-being - some say up to 80%. Eating habits can be the hardest to change, but having someone to guide you makes change much easier, and more fun! I take an evidence-based, realistic approach to lifestyle change (it helps being mid-way through a Masters Program in Nutrition). You need to know what works in YOUR life. MOVE
Humans were made to MOVE! Life without skipping, jumping, and walking would be way too boring. I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2012 to inspire people to move better and more often. I offer individualized strength training - starting off where you feel comfortable and gradually making more challenging routines as you get stronger. For the social butterflies I offer strength, mobility, and kickboxing classes for all fitness levels. Still need help with nutrition? Why not kill two birds with one stone with a walking coaching session! BAM- you've added 2,000 steps and a new nutrition goal to your day.
