A step backwards hasn’t crushed me like it used to...
"Before counseling with Megan , no matter what I did, I was not able to lose weight. With crucial knowledge from Megan, a balanced approach to eating, and putting it all out there on the gym floor, I averaged weight loss of 4 pounds a week.
